Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order out quickly and making shipping as simple as possible.

1. Shipping Rates

Website Orders (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $249 USD within the United States.*
Orders under $249 USD will be charged real-time carrier rates at checkout.

Website Orders (Canada)
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $349 CAD to Canada.*
Orders under $349 CAD will be charged real-time carrier rates at checkout.

Dealer Orders
Authorized dealer orders qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $499 USD.
Orders under $499 USD will be charged real-time carrier rates.

Spare Parts
Non-warranty spare parts do not qualify for free shipping unless the order total exceeds $249 USD in the US and $349 CAD in Canada.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping is available throughout:

  • The contiguous United States
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
  • Canada

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your location and order contents.

Expedited Shipping options may include:

  • Next Day
  • 2-Day
  • 3-Day

Expedited shipping is available only within the contiguous United States and is always charged at live carrier rates.

Expedited shipping is not available for:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • Canada

3. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier availability
  • Selected shipping method
  • Seasonal demand and holidays

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Additional Shipping Information

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only
  • Expedited shipping rates are always customer-paid
  • Shipping options may vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location
  • Certain oversized items may require special freight handling

6. Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Liability

  1. MudMixer is not liable for any theft-related incidents once the package has left our possession. This liability belongs to the customer and the carrier.
  2. A signature will not be required at delivery, nor will the customer receive a phone call when the product is out for delivery.
  3. If the customer is concerned about theft, they can ask the carrier to hold the package at a local distribution center and pick up the package. Or they can closely monitor the tracking information and ensure that they are present at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

In summary, it is not MudMixer’s responsibility to protect your shipment from theft once they have left our possession.
