Refund Policy

MudMixer reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@mudmixer.com or call the number listed on our website.

• Cancellation is never guaranteed after an order has been placed.
• Once our warehouse has processed and prepared an order for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
• If your cancellation is approved before processing, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused
• Tags still intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us first at orders@mudmixer.com. Unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Deductions Applied to Refunds

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• MudMixer's original outbound shipping expense will also be deducted from the refund amount

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at orders@mudmixer.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number when contacting us about a damaged shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that banking and credit card processing times vary — it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it on our end.
